Q. I have not received my download OR I have not received a response from my email to you

A. First, thank you for your order. When you process your order through our payment gateway [PayPal] should should automatically be returned to a special page on this website that allows you to create your login ID.

Be sure to click the RETURN TO MERCHANT button if it appears in your web browser. While some browsers automatically return you to our webiste to create your login and begin downloading, others do not. After your purchase is completed, if you see a button labeled "Return To Merchant" be sure to click that button.

We are finding that certain ISP and email services automatically route our emails to Junk and Spam folders because of the word "Debt" in our domain name. Please check your junk and spam email boxes and be sure to add support@pamyoung.org to your accepted email list.

It is also very important to note that if you have an automated SPAM blocker it may be preventing us from contacting you. After a significant amount of research we've discovered that certain ISPs and email services have automatic services requiring verification from the email sender. Here is an example from Earthlink:

Since our welcome emails are send from an automated system it can not fill out the action requested and you will not receive emails from us. If you have such a service for your email it is vital that you add support@pamyoung.org to your accepted senders list.

If you have not received your response from us within 24 hours of your order please use the Contact Link to the left and choose "Account Issues and Technical Support" from the dropdown. Please be sure to include the email address you used when ordering. Our support staff will re-mail your welcome email to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for that email to be sent; unlike the automated order process our support staff responds to all customer requests in a first-in, first-out basis between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Q. Is The GOOD Book available on CD, Hardback, or Paperback?

A. When Pam created The Get Out Of Debt Book she wanted to be sure that it would remain affordable to everyone. She put a lot of thought in to the distribution portals for the book and after a significant amount of research decided in offering the online versions you see on the website today.

Audio CDs and a printed version of the book, while excellent tools, would have driven the production costs much higher causing the book to be very expensive. Pam opted for the two versions offered to ensure the lowest and most affordable costs for everyone.

Q. Is The GOOD Book Compatable with iTunes?

A. Yes. The GOOD Book was specificially created to work with iTunes and MP3 players like the iPod.

For Individual Chapter Downloads
Simply click "download linked file", "Save As", or "Save Target As" [depending on the browser you are using] and downloaded it to your desktop. Once downloaded simply copy the chapter to your iTunes library folder.

For the ZIP File Download
Simply click "download linked file", "Save As", or "Save Target As" [depending on the browser you are using] and downloaded it to your desktop. Once downloaded unzip the file to your iTunes library folder.

Note: While most iTunes librarys are defaulted to Documents\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music your library may be stored in a different place depending on your operating system and system set-up. The GOOD Book Customer Care can not assist in troubleshooting your iTunes set-up.

Q. How Do I put The GOOD Book on my MP3 Player, CD, ect.?

A. The GOOD Book Customer Care can not assist in instructions or trouble-shooting once you have downloaded the MP3s. While we empathetically understand everyone's excitement about The GOOD Book and the need to put the book in to the formats that work best for each of you, Pam's support team would be swamped with work if we individually assisted every customer with step-by-step instructions for individual MP3 players, computer systems, and CD burning software.

We will support any website or download related issue.
